EasyTender focuses on private-sector tenders. Formal public procedures are subject to their own legal requirements and publication channels.
Do our vendors have to register for a fee?
Invited vendors can submit offers at no cost. Offering on personal invitation is included in every base plan – only the optional provider features are paid.
Do we have to use AI?
No. The complete tendering and comparison process works without AI. AI features are optional support.
How do we move from Excel and existing documents?
You can start from a template, transfer content in a structured way and add documents as attachments. For recurring processes, templates can be reused.
